Kentucky Dragway Points Membership
This membership is required to participate in Kentucky Dragway’s 2026 points program and is separate from IHRA membership.

- Kentucky Dragway Points Championship
- Team Kentucky Dragway consideration
- IHRA Bracket Finals eligibility
- Points tracking for the season

How Points Are Earned
>Racers Double Entry does not carry points
- Points for Each Round Won (Original Entry)
- Season standings tracked throughout the year
Year End Ties
Any ties will be determined by a runoff race.
Points Corrections Policy
Any corrections must be emailed within 48 hours after the points list is posted.

The Triple Crown Series is Kentucky Dragway’s premier Top ET championship featuring a $10,000 points fund.
Points List:

- Jr. Dragsters do not earn points in Triple Crown events

Modified, Sportsman, and Jr. Dragster points competition.

2026 Team Kentucky Dragway Qualification
To qualify for Team Kentucky Dragway and IHRA Bracket Finals racers must:
- Hold an active Kentucky Dragway Membership
- Be registered with IHRA
- Compete in a minimum of 3 points events
Kentucky Dragway must be listed as your IHRA Home Track.
Team Qualification by Class
Top 10 – Modified
Top 10 – Sportsman
Top 5 – Jr. Dragster
These racers may represent Kentucky Dragway at:
IHRA Bracket Finals
IHRA World Finals in Memphis
The highest points finisher in each class determines World Finals eligibility.

Gold Card Champion of Champions
Drivers who Win or Runner-Up a Supercharged Saturday event qualify for the Champion of Champions Runoff Race.

This process ensures transparency, consistency, and fairness for all competitors while allowing Kentucky Dragway to deliver a competitive points program that reflects racer and sponsor input and operational needs.
Kentucky Dragway reserves the right to review, clarify, and finalize the points system prior to the first scheduled points event. All decisions are final.
